My 1st order was #19718. Can I get my 10% discount applied to my c/card used for purchase? Also, your email address customerservice@guessncompany.com shows it doesn’t exist. According to USPS, my order wasn’t delivered at 8:04AM on 11/25 as it stated ‘business is closed’. This is a home residence, not a business. Can someone check into this and get back to me? Has this ever been an issue for your customers before?
